1. Who we are

Idealife (“Idealife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI health advisor and trainer platform, including customer and company portals and related marketing tools.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password, and role.
• Onboarding and profile data: height, goals, training preferences, and other information you enter.
• Health-related inputs you choose to provide: lab summaries, wearable data, protocols, meal or recovery notes. We treat this as sensitive information.
• Usage data: pages visited, feature use, device type, and logs needed to secure and improve the service.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Meta, X, TikTok, or similar platforms, we store tokens and account identifiers so you can publish content you authorize.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the advisor, trainer, portals, and membership features.
• Personalize recommendations and onboarding.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Publish to social platforms only when you connect an account and request a post.
• Communicate about the service, security, and support.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Idealife recommendations are informational and educational. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing.

4. AI and processors

We use third-party processors, including AI model providers (for example xAI), hosting and infrastructure, and social platforms you connect. Those providers process data under their own terms when you use their products through Idealife.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers who help operate Idealife under confidentiality obligations.
• With social platforms when you connect them and choose to post.
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• In connection with a merger or asset sale, with notice where required.

6. Retention and security

We keep account and service data while your account is active and as needed for legal and security purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Email henry@idealife.ai. You may disconnect social integrations in the company portal or revoke access from the third-party platform.

8. Children

Idealife is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
