Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Idealife websites, portals, memberships, AI advisor and trainer features, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use Idealife

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Idealife on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Not medical care

Idealife does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content, recommendations, protocols, and AI responses are informational and educational only. Always consult a licensed clinician for medical decisions. If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services.

4. Accounts

  • Keep credentials confidential and accurate.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Report unauthorized access to henry@idealife.ai.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

5. Memberships

Paid memberships, if offered, are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Misrepresent Idealife outputs as licensed medical advice or prescriptions.
  • Violate third-party platform rules when connecting Meta, X, TikTok, or similar accounts.
  • Share another person’s sensitive health information without authorization.

7. Social tools

If you connect social accounts and publish through Idealife, you are responsible for that content and for each platform’s terms. Idealife does not guarantee delivery, reach, or approval of posts.

8. Intellectual property

Idealife and its logos, software, and original content are owned by Idealife or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Idealife a limited license to host and process that content to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEALIFE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO IDEALIFE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify Idealife from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your social posts, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes and contact
